Rates
Gas, electricity, water, all linen and room serviced weekly are also included in the price. The bathrooms and living areas are cleaned twice per week. There is wireless broadband available with no set up cost, but on a user pays basis. To book a room fill out an application form and we will get back to you. You will need to fill out the appropriate Rental agreement forms and pay four weeks bond.
Long term Weekly Rates (3 months and over):
- Premium Single Rooms $305 per week
- Shared Rate $280 per person/week
- Triple Room Rate $265 per person/week
- Free 4GB of internet for stays of 3 months or more
Short Term Weekly Rates (under 3 months):
- Premium Single Room $330 per week
- Premium Shared Room $295 per person/week
- Triple Room $265 per person/week
Night Rates:
- Premium Single room $75 per night
- Shared/Triple room $70 per night
Wireless Internet:
We have a Wireless Internet Hotpsot available on site. Click here to see the variety of packages on offer. Long term students staying 6 months or more can utilize free internet with a quota of 4GB per month.
Please note: No booking will be confirmed without payment of deposit. No evening meals served on public holidays. Our weekly cycle runs from Sunday to Sunday. All arrivals are to be on Sunday after 4pm. Arrivals before Sunday will incur a charge of a nightly rate per additional night.
